Most of the file placement below corresponds to MPLABComm use within MPLAB X.
The libusb and libUSBAccessLink libraries should be accessible from outside
of MPLAB X if placed in the /usr/lib/ subdirectory.

Other files listed below deal with tool hotplug support.
